Michael has dedicated himself to the mortgage industry since 1993 and has helped thousands of clients in his career navigate the process of home ownership while educating them. "We pride ourselves in taking this extra step with our clients so that they fully understand all the options and feel comfortable going through a process that now seems simple, easy and understandable." Michael's knowledge extends beyond the conventional, FHA, VA, and Home Ready Programs as his firm is a wholesale broker and works directly with multiple investors which ensures his clients are always getting the best rates and service in the market.
Michael has been an active member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) and holds the highly sought-after and distinguished Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) designation through NRMLA since 2010 to differentiate him as being among the most knowledgeable, the most competent and the most ethical and professional in the Reverses Mortgage Industry. This ensures borrowers that they are working with an expert who has been practicing for many years with Reverse Mortgages and has the ability to offer all the products and options available. They are bounded to the highest ethical standards in the industry and have made a considerable investment in both time and personal income because they believe in themselves, they believe in the customers they serve, and they believe in the service or product they offer. There are hundreds of NRMLA members who have accumulated continuing education and continuing credits, currently there are less than 150 Certified Reverse Mortgage Professionals across the country who hold this designation.
